- know and understand terms and conditions of the tour packages that you bought
- use tour operators transportation services licensed by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia
- use a valid licensed tour guide approved by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia
- use only a valid licensed transportation services approved by the government agencies
- not deal with any illegal individuals or agents.
If YOU are dealing with an unlicensed travel agent or tour operator by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia, YOU run the risk of:
- NOT getting good services as stated in the package.
- NOT being covered by insurance.
- Not being covered by the Tourism Acts.
- Not being paid by any compensations or reimbursements.
